Edie Taylor

Edie Taylor was born and raised in Victoria, BC. She is currently working on her BFA at the University of Victoria, as well as her debut novel. She has written since she could type at a keyboard, and has always enjoyed dark fiction and fantasy, with some of her favourite novels being the Nightrunner series by Lynn Flewelling, The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood, and The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. She has always enjoyed pushing characters to the limit of their moral codes and exploring what would happen if humanity was no longer at the top of the food chain.

She currently lives in Victoria while she completes her degree, cohabitating with her family, her three cats, and the family dog. In the future, she hopes to write fiction where people can see themselves in her characters.
